Today we will discuss the best settings to truly master your Google account and prevent any nuisance while handling your account.




If your account is not secure, then anyone can access your google and use it from any place in the world

We can see this in action when we search for something for example an iphone on any website on google and if any other day we visit any website including instagram facebook,we will see ads about iphones even if you dont want them.

This is because google saves our information and uses it for personalized ads.

STEPS TO TAKE TO SECURE YOUR ACCOUNT:

If you have saved passwords in your mobile and you dont want people to access them , you can simply delete them directly from your mobile.

To do that; click on the 3 dots in the corner of google chrome and click on the settings and open google password manager.If you want to delete them , click on the icons and press delete.

Staying on the same page, you can click on the checkup icon to see if any of your passwords are compromised. Change any password that is deemed to be pawned by data stealers online.

Turn off payment methods as it can include your personal details about your bank accounts and your payment information . if you want to keep payment information then keep the manual checking option so that the phone asks for a pin or password when google asks for such information.

Click on addressses or more if you do online shopping often and give out your address online .Turn it off and manually provide your address every time you make a online payment.

In privacy and security , delete your browsing data and cookies from time to time as hackers can spy on your device using third party cookies.

Turn on enhanced safe browsing so 3rd party trackers cant track your activity.

Turn off access payment methods.
