Single Entry time Family Visa Application Rules and Regulations for Pakistani travelling to Saudi Arabia.

Today we will discuss every nook and crannies of the Single entry family visa process for Pakistanis applying into Saudi Arabia.First of all we must understand what is a single entry family visa.

WHAT IS SINGLE ENTRY VISA?
A single-entry visa allows a person to enter a country once during its validity period. Once the person leaves the country, the visa is no longer valid and they can't re-enter without getting a new visa.

WHAT IS SAUDI ARABIA'S POLICY ABOUT SUCH VISA?
If someone enters Saudi Arabia using a single entry visa , he can only enter the kingdom a single time.Even if the person leaves the next day,he cannot come back on that same visa.He must register for a new single entry visa to enter the country again.

RULES ABOUT VISA POLICY IN  SAUDI ARABIA:

While visiting any country in the world, we must understand every type of rule regarding every aspect of the travel so the transit is silky smooth for the visitor and he doesn't cause any problem in the visiting country.

Regarding the total days that a person can stay in KSA under his visa limit is from 30 days to 90 days but currently it is 30 day.The maximum stay is of 30 days and after the deadline, the visa holder must pay 100 riyal to renew his visa.

INSURANCE POLICY REGARDING VISAHOLDERS:

When a person visits a country on a visit visa, he must aquire insurance as it will cover the risks and financial losses that could handle while travelling. To visit Saudi arabia on a single entry visa,a person must have a 30 day insurance. This is the minimum a person can take while applying for his visa.

But my opinion is to take insurance of 90 days because if someone has to stay for more than 30 days ,then repeatedly reinsuring may build up costs and will be ultimately more expensive than the 30 days insurance.

Total cost of the health insurance can range from about 115 to 120 riyal per person.

DOCUMENTATION STAMPING:

When a person recieves his visa , he must get it stamped under 30 days from his country's embassy. The person must travel to Saudi Arabia in 30 days after stamping the visa because the visa will expire after exactly 30 days.

MOFA RULINGS:

Under mofa rule , after extension , a person can stay till 90 days in Saudi Arabia .

But due to current circumstances , only a 30 day option is available on the website.A person cannot currently apply for a family visa of more than 30 days. But this can change as mofa website usually includes a 90 day option.

VISA EXPIRY:

Before visa expiry , the visa aspirant will get a message 7 days before to extend it . After expiry, the person gets 3 days to renew his visa. This extension can be done without any fine. If your visa expires while you are in Saudi Arabia after the deadline, you will get a 700 riyal fine and your visa is blocked by the system and must be activated. The government of Saudi Arabia can deport your family if you dont unblock your visa.

To get it activated , you can connect with agents that can activate it through jawazats and save your family from deportation. The government gives a time period in which the person can safely transport his family back home. A person can use a agent for this process but it can get hefty and expensive as agents can demand exhorbitant fees.
