New King Saud University Initiative In 2025-26

Who Can Apply?

Following are the requirements for the KSU scholarship program:

Education: You need to have a Master's degree in a relevant field. So, if you already have a Master’s and want to pursue a PhD, this is for you.


English Proficiency: Since classes will be in English, you need to prove your English skills. You can do this by taking exams like the TOEFL or IELTS. You must have atleast

  • TOEFL iBT: Minimum 61
  • IELTS: Minimum 6 bands
  • STEP: Minimum 85
